We ship via USPS First Class with tracking within the USA. All orders placed in the USA qualify for FREE USPS First Class shipping.
We ship via USPS First Class International with tracking in Canada and outside of North America. The USPS does not provide tracking outside of Canada and North America. A standard shipping fee applies to all orders and returns.
Your gear will be processed and shipped within two business days of the order being placed. Please note that standard international shipping fees do not include taxes or duties and they may differ depending on your region.
We're unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information will vary by country. Please note that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.
We understand that when you make an order, you want your gear as quickly as possible and at G-Loves we do our best to make that happen! We fullfill orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The cut off time each day is 12pm PST. Business days are Monday-Friday excluding Federal Holidays. Orders placed over a weekend or Holiday will not begin processing until the next business day.
G-Loves is not responsible for shipping delays caused by inclement weather. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic orders with the USPS have been extremely delayed.
In the United States, we ship via USPS First Class with tracking which takes 2-5 business days in transit or USPS Priority which takes 2-3 business days to arrive.
For our worldwide G-Lovers, we ship via USPS First Class International. Please allow 10-20 business days to arrive at your doorstep. Import duties, taxes & other charges, if any, are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibilities.
Note for APO/FPO/DPO: Service to Military Post Offices is limited to Standard Service, USPS usually arrive within 5-10 business days, but may take up to 45 business days for delivery.
If the requisite amount of days have passed and you believe your parcel is lost in transit, please kindly let us know by emailing us at email@example.com that you have not received your parcel. Once we are aware that your parcel is missing in action, we will do our best to place a claim with the USPS. If declared lost, we will send out a replacement. We do not have any control over the postal system, however, our customer service is guaranteed to put a smile on your face by doing our best to ensure you get your gloves as soon as possible!
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you cannot find this email in your inbox, please check your junk email --- sometimes they end up in there! You can track your package at USPS.com.
Tracking for USPS First Class International orders only track the parcel until it leaves the Los Angeles sorting facility and when it arrives at your doorstep. Please allow 10-20 business days transit time from the Los Angeles sorting facility departure date for arrival.
