Please treat your G-Loves like you would any other article of workout clothing and clean them after every workout to keep them looking brand new and to avoid smelly bacteria buildup. 

We cannot stress the importance of regularly washing them enough. We made our gloves out of neoprene (wetsuit material), which is easy to wash. We recommend hand washing your gloves in dish soap (Dawn, Cascade, Palmolive, etc) and cold water or wash in a lingerie bag with other like colors.

DO NOT put gloves in the dryer. Lay flat to dry after washing.  They will dry in a few hours.

If you clean your gloves after each use, they will remain odor free, bacteria free, and stay looking newer longer. Sweat attacks materials and breaks them down. They will get stinky if you don't wash them. Just think of it like cleaning your socks. You wouldn't leave your socks in your gym bag and reuse them the next day without giving them a proper wash, would you?

If you have neglected to wash them until now, in order to remove odor, please soak the gloves for 30 minutes in a solution of 1/2 cup of Febreeze or baking soda in 2 quarts of water. The Febreeze will neutralize the odor.

If you are looking for a holistic/non-chemical cleaning method, please try this method that has been tested and proven to work:  Mix 1/2 tablespoon of castile soap with 3-4 drops each of lavender and tea tree (melaleuca) essential oils. The natural antiseptic properties of the oils work great and the gloves smell really good after.  With no chemicals to absorb into your skin for the next wearing. 

The Women's G-Loves G3, Men's G-360 G3, and Gelometrics G3 gloves are all equipped with a grip that is made from a unique silicone formula. The G3 grip is self-restoring --- simply wipe down with a damp cloth when dirty to regain maximum traction.

The wrist wraps should be cleaned with soap and cold water in the sink.  Lay flat to dry.

If you decide to put them in the washing machine, please make sure to fold the velcro on itself or better yet place them in a lingerie bag so that it doesn't snag anything that goes in there with them. Be sure to use cold water and lay flat to air dry.

We proudly stand behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you're happy with your gear. At G-Loves, our return policy is liberal, generous and tolerant, but it does have its limits! We want you to love our workout gear, but sometimes it takes a while to find the right fit. Whether you want it tighter, looser, or just different, here's our return + exchange policy so you can be happier than ever in our gloves/accessories.

You may initiate a return within 60 days of the delivery of your item. Items eligible for return must be in brand new, unused condition, with all original packaging intact. The shipping cost of your return will be deducted from your total refund.

We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please email us at info@g-loves.com to let us know. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

RETURNS PROCESS

1. Login to your account and visit our Return Portal to process your return.
2. Regular priced items can be returned or exchanged within 60 days from the delivery date of shipment, provided the item is unworn with tags attached and accompanied by an invoice. 
3. Refunds may only be issued to the original method of payment used to make the purchase.
4. All returns and exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Only items that have been purchased directly from G-Loves.com can be returned to us.
5. Products sold in the "Clearance" section are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
6. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. If the G-Loves Team determines that the item has been used, is damage, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, there will be a 35% restocking fee applied to your refund.

*Please note that the initial shipping cost WILL NOT be refunded*

EXCHANGE PROCESS

If you would like to make an exchange for a different size or style item, please send us an email at info@g-loves.com and we will email you a free return label to send your item back to our factory. Please note free shipping for exchanges is only provided in the USA.  

Package the unworn, unwashed, and unaltered item(s), and bring the package to a USPS location.

All of our branded products are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

The gloves are designed to be very functional. This means they are not fabricated with indestructible steel or iron. Our gloves are made of materials that allow you to feel the machines and make a mind/body connection. To accomplish this, the materials are lightweight and flexible. The fabric in which the gloves are made out of, neoprene, takes the beating your hands would normally endure. The threads are pushed to the max and absorb forces in all directions when you workout. The grip allows you to work harder by focusing on the task at hand and not slipping around on the machine thereby making each workout more efficient. 

We equate this type of wear and tear product with running shoes. The treads wear down and the materials start to break down with repetitive use and abuse. Abuse your foot isn't taking. Same idea applies to the gloves. Unfortunately, these accessories we love take a beating as the material is absorbing all the forces created from lifting, pushing, pulling, sweating, etc ------ which are very mighty. 

With that said, there are extenuating circumstances. It is our goal to please our customers and we would be happy to review any issue or complaint you may have. At G-Loves, we stand behind all of our products. If your product has a material or workmanship flaw, we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will by charged for return shipping. It is upsetting when products become worn down over time, but this is normal for this type of product. You have worked out very hard by being dedicated to the art of working out and your gloves show all of that. Be darn proud. Your gloves have been there for you and have given you their best. We are honored that you have chosen G-Loves and want to hear from you so that we can resolve any problem and keep you working out happy!

Inconsistencies may be present in the glove. This is natural due to the fact that this product is handmade and customized. We do our absolute best to give you the highest quality print, sewing, and grip possible.  These variances in no way affect the quality of our G-Loves.

We ship via USPS First Class with tracking within the USA.  All orders placed in the USA that are $45+ qualify for FREE USPS First Class shipping.

If the free shipping method will not make it to you in time, you have the option to upgrade your shipping to USPS Priority, USPS Priority Mail Express, or UPS at checkout.

We ship via USPS First Class International with tracking in Canada and outside of North America. The USPS does not provide tracking outside of Canada and North America. Due to this, your parcel will be tracked until it leaves the United States. A standard shipping fee applies to all orders and returns. You have the option to choose USPS Priority Mail International and UPS Worldwide Expedited which do provide tracking outside of the United States.

Your gear will be processed and shipped within two business days of the order being placed. Please note that standard international shipping fees do not include taxes or duties and they may differ depending on your region. 

We're unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information will vary by country. Please note that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.

We understand that when you make an order, you want your gear as quickly as possible and at G-Loves we do our best to make that happen! We fulfill orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The cut off time each day is 10am PST. Business days are Monday-Friday excluding Federal Holidays. Orders placed over a weekend or Holiday will not begin processing until the next business day.

G-Loves is not responsible for shipping delays caused by inclement weather.

In the United States, we ship via USPS First Class with tracking which takes 2-5 business days in transit or USPS Priority which takes 2-3 business days to arrive. We also have UPS options available. All shipping options show estimated delivery times at the time of checkout.

For our worldwide G-Lovers, we ship via USPS First Class International. Please allow 10-20 business days to arrive at your doorstep. If you have selected UPS Priority Mail International or UPS, your parcel will arrive within 6-10 business days. Import duties, taxes & charges, if any, are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibilities.

Note for APO/FPO/DPO: Service to Military Post Offices is limited to Standard Service, USPS usually arrive within 5-10 business days, but may take up to 45 business days for delivery.

If the requisite amount of days have passed and you believe your parcel is lost in transit, please kindly let us know by emailing us at info@g-loves.com that you have not received your parcel. Once we are aware that your parcel is missing in action, we will do our best to place a claim with the USPS. If declared lost, we will send out a replacement. We do not have control over the postal system, however, our customer service is guaranteed to put a smile on your face by doing our best to ensure you get your gloves as soon as possible!

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you cannot find this email in your inbox, please check your junk email --- sometimes they end up in there! You can track your package at USPS.com. 

Tracking for USPS First Class International orders only track the parcel until it leaves the Los Angeles sorting facility and when it arrives at your doorstep. Please allow 10-20 business days transit time from the Los Angeles sorting facility departure date for arrival. If you selected USPS Priority Mail International or UPS Worldwide Expedited, you will be able to track your order outside of the United States. Please allow 6-10 business days transit time from leaving the Los Angeles sorting facility. You can track your package at USPS.com or UPS.com.

It is our mission to enhance your workout journey by bringing you the newest in grip technology. Our G3 gloves feature a hi-tech silicone grip while our G2 gloves feature a proprietary PVC ink grip. This is what makes G-Loves, G-360's, and Gelometrics the most unique workout gloves in the world. The grip provides superior traction on any surface -- a slip-resistant custom engineered silicone made and applied exclusively by G-Loves.

We created this proprietary formula and are the sole manufacturer of this caliber of grip. This material is very grippy and will remain this way throughout the life of the product and will work on multiple surfaces (wet or dry). The grip is very thin so that it will not add extra bulk to your lifting.

And because we've thought of everything, the material is hypoallergenic, anti-bacterial, and anti-microbial! Not to mention, our gloves are vegan.

We do suggest you clean your gloves after every use to keep them looking new and smelling good. Simply wash in the sink with cold water and dish soap (we use Dawn!). The grip is so sticky that it may pick up some dust or dirt, so if you’re in need of refreshing the grip during a workout, just use a damn towel or sponge to wipe off the surface.

When you lift weights or put pressure on your wrists during weight-bearing activities it is important to protect the wrists from injury. They wrap around your wrist to protect the tendons and ligaments of your wrists and your forearm muscles to help you focus on the intended target muscle groups when exercising. They keep your wrists straight and decrease the pressure on the tendons of the arms. You can use them for chest press, planks, pikes, push ups, handstands, deadlifts, heavy bicep curls, pull ups, Pilates, yoga, water skiing, using a wheelchair -- They are ideal for any activity that stresses the wrists. Our premium wraps provide you with the absolute best hand strength and support possible.

Using them is easy and convenient, and only takes a second to wrap around your wrists. Each wrap has a thumb loop sewn onto it that makes it breeze to place on your thumb and hold into place while you adjust the tightness of the wrap. Two bands (one for each wrist) come in a package. They are made with heavy duty elastic and are 3" wide and 12" long. They will wrap around each wrist 1 1/2 to 3 times. You can adjust the tightness depending on how much support you need. One size fits all.

G-Loves offer minimal wrist support.  If you are looking for wrist support, you have a couple options:

Use them alone or with your favorite pair of G-Loves or G-360’s to enhance your lift.

2. Gelometrics: Designed to mitigate wrist pain and hand fatigue during those activities which rely on the hand to support body weight, such as Lagree Fitness, pilates, Spinning and cycling. At the core of this glove is a uniquely engineered silicone gel palm pad and an ink grip that enhance both traction and stability on multiple surfaces. The ergonomic design of the contoured gel pad inside Gelometrics diminishes pressure on the nerves, muscles, and tendons that are bundled into the palms of our hands, thus increasing blood flow and oxygen delivery during exercise.  This prevents pain and numbness which makes getting into poses a lot less stressful and more enjoyable.

Yes, we love to create custom workout gloves for studios, gyms, and our clients that are looking for something unique. Due to the time and effort involved in the production process, the creation of custom gloves is at our discretion. Please contact us at info@g-loves.com with your specifications. If your design is custom or a logo, make sure you have 300 dpi jpeg artwork available.

The women's G-Loves and Men's G-360's weightlifting gloves are lightly padded. The glove is designed to offer protection from hand fatigue and calluses. Our palm pads are thick enough to protect, yet thin enough to feel the weights. It's all about making that mind-body connection so we created this glove to have very minimalist padding.

The Gelometrics gel padded studio gloves, however, have a thicker contoured gel padding inside the palm area to help mitigate wrist and hand pain associated with weight bearing activities on the hands. They are specifically designed for Lagree Method, Pilates, Spinning, and Cycling.

We love creating new patterns and have many limited edition gloves that we make in our factory in Los Angeles. Many are limited in availability, however we do manufacture popular styles.
