SHIPPING

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that your country may hold the parcel in customs and possible send you a notice to pay VAT or Customs Duties.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping option you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please note if you choose to upgrade your shipping method the shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based.

At G-Loves, our return policy is liberal, generous and tolerant, but it does have its limits! We want you to love our workout gear, but sometimes it takes a while to find the right fit. Whether you want it tighter, looser, or just different, here's our return + exchange policy so you can be happier than ever in our gloves/accessories.

You may initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery of your item. Items eligible for return must be in brand new, unused condition, with all original packaging intact. The shipping cost of your return will be deducted from your total refund.

We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please email us at info@g-loves.com to let us know. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

RETURNS PROCESS

1. Login to your account and visit our Return Portal to process your return.
2. Regular priced items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivery date of shipment, provided the item is unworn with tags attached and accompanied by an invoice. 
3. Refunds may only be issued to the original method of payment used to make the purchase.
4. All returns and exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Only items that have been purchased directly from G-Loves.com can be returned to us.
5. Products sold in the "Clearance" section are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
6. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. If the G-Loves Team determines that the item has been used, is damage, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, there will be a 35% restocking fee applied to your refund.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

If you would like to make an exchange for a different size or style item, please send us an email at info@g-loves.com and we will email you a free return label to send your item back to our factory. Please note free shipping for exchanges is only provided in the USA.  

Package the unworn, unwashed, and unaltered item(s), and bring the package to a USPS location.
