Exchanges & Returns Policy

You may exchange or return new, unused items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if you are in the USA.

Once you drop off your return to the shipper, please expect a 3-10 business day transit period. You should receive your refund 1-3 days after your return arrives back to our factory for inspection and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to exchange or return an item, please email us at info@g-loves.com to request a return label. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received it and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that your country may hold the parcel in customs and possible send you a notice to pay VAT or Customs Duties.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping option you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please note if you choose to upgrade your shipping method the shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based.
